Whether you identify with any of the questions above or not, our culture has a lot of toxicity around how we treat our bodies and a narrow definition of beauty. Though some marketing strategies attempt to push back on this, we are all still largely getting messages of inadequacy when it comes to our body and diet over love and acceptance of how we look and what we eat.
